Playing Neo: The World Ends With You for the first time. Any tips or tricks?

I definitely feel like I've gotten into a much better groove in week 2, playing on Hard pretty much the whole time.

Loving this game, take note Tales of Symphonia 2 this is how you start a sequel! At first I thought that was Neku , but it turned out to be Beat ! Love that bait-and-switch, I was like no way that could be Neku and he lose against some random girl and I was right.
