The only context I can see "Hitler quotes on shirts" working is if the aim is to troll.
Say you took a Hitler quote like "One People, one Reign, one Leader." and put Trump's face on it, and then sold the shirts at a MAGA rally.
But would his supporters even take offense to that? Probably not. They'd likely like it even more.
