Rate my level 100 Charizard's moves in my original red save file

Probably not real because Charizard could only learn Fly from Yellow onwards, not in R/B. Even if it was real, 0/10, because even a child would replace weak-ass Scratch with either a stronger move or (not knowing they wouldn't be able to remove it) Cut.
