is just your typical Yankee Doodle Dandy who can't learn that "England" is not a synonym to mean the whole of The United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Northern Ireland and referring to The United Kingdom as "England" is highly insulting to Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish people!
How would he like it if I referred to Joe Biden to be "The President Of Canada or Mexico" where the terms "Canada" or "Mexico" refers to the whole of The North American continent as that is what he is basically doing when he says "The Queen Of England"!
