I'm sure he's attacking Billie Eilish and not Elmo but the fact that he quoted an Elmo tweet and cursed it out makes it looks like he's attacking Elmo directly. Which is just great.
Are we sure though? He has directly attacked Elmo before and there was no ambiguity over that one.
