"My doctor didn't tell me I'd need an appointment!"

"They didn't tell me I couldn't get it same day!"

1. Would you go to that doctor without an appointment?
2. Does your doctor work for us and have intimate knowledge of our policies?

Annoying how often people say this when looking for a service of ours besides filling a prescription.

My favorite is when they add "So you're saying my doctor lied to me?"

I hate customer service because customers suck. I try not to argue with people in the fields they're professionals in or even work in, for that matter. I think people who act like this tend to be those same ignorant people who think they know how science works and they know what's best for this country as if they spent thousands of hours invested in its research.
