You don't know what upsets your stomach from a one-off, but patterns can be found.But isn't the way lactose intolerance works that the more you drink it the more tolerant you become, like people new to nonsoluble fiber? I don't know either way I have milk allergy plus it makes me throw up, so I don't do milk or byproducts like cheese.
