Allows it to charge again? This has only been a smartphone issue, never encountered this before elsewhere. And this has been the same deal with like 3 phones.

The charging process is software driven and I guess the software bugged.

Some phones have battery protection schemes that limit max battery, because 100% damages the battery.

Try looking in settings.

I stop charging at 75% since I heard further kills the battery
