Boss there sees the ofrice documentary and wants their office to be like The Office.
To add on to the idea to make it more cutting edge, the boss gets fired in the very first episode for being like Michael Scott but the documentary crew still stays and the new boss takes a new spin on the character in a most realistic way to modern times.
