DC did a storyline where Green Arrow publicly accuses Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) of being racist against black people to the media.
Hal denies it, but then after talking to a black man, realizes he doesn't help them as much as white people (or aliens) and tends to immediately view them as criminals, prompting him to deal with white guilt.
This was in 1970.
