On higher difficulties with multiple elites on you the CD time will get you killed
You still have 3 other stratagems for offense along with other divers sets. It rewards the player with killing elites every 30 seconds if they can stay alive versus calling down EAT-ITs every 90/120 seconds depending on the call down and cool down banes at higher difficulties. Recoiless Rockets with team reload are a faster option for taking out multiple heavies/elites with a singular stratagem, but costs a backpack slot.
