I'm actually surprised that food is dominating since it's only for yourself and aren't transferable. You can't even give it away for free.

you can help pay for other people, if you want. It's less of a burden to pay for itself and worrying about others pay for you.

Even more justifiable if you have a food allergy to pick food.

It would make dating interesting. Man would it be funny if someone makes an anime out of this.
