Im fairly certain that this never happened.
In the 21st Budokai Roshi fought Yamcha, Krillin, and Goku. In the 22nd Budokai Roshi fought the Wolfman, Tien, and he retired.
It happened during the Universe Survival Tournament in Dragon Ball Super.
In this ONE instance, she actually "started it" by deliberately trying to seduce him. He hulked out all excited like which caused her to freak out and flee the "ring," which is notable because teams that had all of their members eliminated had their entire universe wiped from existence.
So Master Roshi's horniness actually destroyed a universe (kind of).
