My biggest problem about the story wasn't that you had to kill the Justice League... More of how rushed it was...
You get through the league members very quickly to get to Brainiac but then they pull this whole "you have to kill 13 Brainiacs from other universes to completely finish him off!" but the game "ends" after the first one... I'm guessing the next 12 will be tied to the future content updates/Seasons...
