-- However, if it has to do with healthiness, and being able to secure sustainable food that doesn't rely on meat processing, I'd be on board with it. I honestly think it's because Panera considers themselves as fast-casual, and since they couldn't tailor the law to exempt fast-casual, they tried to find another way around it.
