I have a dentist appointment tomorrow and Im wondering if itll be okay. Im also going to have sex with my boyfriend for the first time that day (hes 22)

are there any 4seeable problems? This is also a new dentist

Your dentist knows if you gave a BJ recently due to specific bruises in the mouth. So the only thing you'll have to worry about is him judging you for that >_>

If you're doing something that'll result in a soft clot in your mouth (like an extraction) I feel like vigorous activities that increase blood flow are ill-advised (and performing oral would be 100% a bad idea). But if you're just getting a cleaning or filling I'd imagine you should be fine.
The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

If you have any kind of operation that involves Novocain, the numbness may be an issue. Kissing might be weird, and if you're engaging in oral sex you may unknowingly be applying pressure in a bad way. If your dentist is scraping off a bunch of plaque from your teeth, that might also cause your gums to bleed and an open sore in your mouth makes oral sex more likely to transmit an STI.

These are a few things to be on the lookout for, but overall that shouldn't stop you from having sex.

I think it depends on what they're doing, I'd say if they doing an extraction or root canal you probably won't feel like having sex or probably shouldn't

No. You should not have sex with your dentist right after a procedure. I'm pretty sure he can get in trouble for that.

theyll able to a good whiff of your scent should visit them shortly after your sexual encounter
it may be courteous to hold off on sex after your appointment is over, may even save you the trouble of having them wonder what the stench is in the first place or perhaps have them gossip amongst themselves because people tend to be nosey
