There's plenty of games with characters like that which aren't total shit.Not to mention videos you can download or watch that are hotter than that ugly uncanny valley CGI shit. Or if that's your fetish, there are also videos that give you that with actual nudity and sex that you can just watch without sitting through boring gameplay.
