Blue states need to get laws ready to be passed ahead of time to create state versions of these boards just in case. Red states can go back to the 1930s at the rate this is going.

They'd have to do it in a way where voters aren't involved because, as we saw here in California these companies are willing to spend ludicrous amounts of money to convince the public they don't need to follow the law.

Its not even that theres only enough for 3. Its more like theres enough for a billion and were only willing to hand out enough scraps for 3 (so youre no longer our daughter etc.)
