Move over guy who made Terrifier 2.

Like, some type of visual way to get cancer or something dangerous by viewing something. A test run would be initiated via a fake video thats typically illegal like a sniff film or something else abhorrent, so that the test subjects would less likely be cared about the general population to the point of further investigation when they died.

I think the closest you're gonna get is flashing lights triggering epilepsy stuff. in which case I suspect there are probably many games/movies made that do this unintentionally, and not so many / none that do it intentionally. at least not anything that qualifies as a real published movie. I'm certain there's some random people out there doing it with movie/gif edits as some sort of trolling
