Both have been detrimental to my mental health and it seems like it would only be to my benefit to give up at least one of them. There's also the added benefit of protecting myself from FFVIIR spoilers which evidently are starting to pop up.

I never use Reddit though it helped me find some obscure dark fantasy rpgs on my own when I ran out.

I voted the church option. I could give up youtube.

I gave up Discord for a recent lent, I did succumb to the temptation a couple times but overall I was off it.

One of these years I'm gonna give Secular lent a try and give up entertainment consumerism for it. But as long as physical media is threatened I cannot. Fuck a mandatory digital future and fuck its advocates.
