Anyone ever use Amazon Try Before you Buy?

I was wondering about this because it's like, do I have to pay the shipping costs to return it? And it just feels more inconvenient than my usual method of try in the store at my leisure
supposed to be pretty easy

You get a list of places you can return it (like Whole Foods and Kohl's) and you get a QR code. Scan the code in the shop, scan the items, they package it and everything for you.

I got a confirmation email that they have scanned and packaged every item for return but somehow only 5 of the 6 made it back?

Look at your orders or just chat with a rep. Pretty simple really.
There is nothing in my orders that deals with contacting customer support about a lost item. And no phone number.

I like when I Google it I see a 1-800 number in the results but when I load the page it's the same excessively confusing and convoluted site I found originally. Also I remember when Bezos' big thing was trying to make customer service *better*.

edit: lol had to choose a random help topic associated with the item just to get a link that says "I still need more assistance".
