Question was already answered. I dont have to since I already have a career locked down.

Since you don't want to be part of the solution then stop complaining

theres always kids who are still in college

or people who have no job skills out there

cant yall make em work there and staff Walgreens properly?

Turns out that people in college would rather spend their time doing college-y things than people not in college.

Of course. People need to man up and work. They likely pay minimum wage which is better than nothing.
You should pay someone what it takes to let you scream "piss boy, come here" at them when you're feeling cranky, as opposed to inflicting this bad attitude on retail employees.

Its disappointing to see so many people responding seriously.
I'll trade with anyone that has a jacuuuuzziiiii
Retail chain pharmacies don't want people working at them. They've been going out of their way since before the pandemic to have as few workers as humanly possible.

If you don't want to quit your current job to go work at Target, you shouldn't be complaining that other people don't also want to work at Target.

tbh I still have the right to complain because im a paying customer and Im not getting what I need because of the failure of the stores to staff due to people not wanting to work

You refuse to take up the job you complain that people aren't doing. If you aren't willing to do the job, you can't expect anyone else to

The people want to work, they like money after all. They just don't want to work at that store and that's entirely the company's fault. They made working at their stores so unappealing that even sweet sweet income isn't enough to get people to work there.
My maid will hear about this.
Why do you guys keep trying to explain the same thing over and over to the TC when hes clearly not posting in this topic in good faith?
Can you say solopsism?

you're upset at random workers whenever you should actually be upset at the company so youve lost your right to complain
People do work there though. Stores dont want to over staff.

I worked at Walgreens and for me, it was a mix of the customers and my ex co-workers/pharmacy manager. All of that pressure, to only be paid like $15/hr (well, in NYC, thats our minimum wage) with a 30 cent raise a year? You can be upgraded to shift leader or pharmacy tech, but thats only like an extra $2/hr (a little more if you pass the pharmacy tech exam).

Im not completely sure about Target, but most retail/retail drug stores and grocery stores are not preferred to work at, at all.

Go to a different Target or just dont go to Target. People dont want to work stressful jobs for low pay anymore.
Not for those wages.
