I'm very introverted, and even I started to hate wfh after a month. Hybrid would be great so that I could maybe put some more time into side projects instead of dicking around on gfaqs on my on-the-clock downtime. But I'd pretty much have to threaten to quit to even have a chance of talking my bosses into wfh a few days a week, and I'm not ready to make that jump yet.
Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read.
