Isn't that supposed to be a good thing? Fast food is generally unhealthy.Yes.
The only reason people ever went to mcdonalds or other crappy fast food was cause it was cheap and fast, not cause it tastes great. Now it is expensive and still tastes bad, why would anyone keep going? And it's rarely very fast anymore either bc the restaurants are understaffed. The last few times I've been to mcd's it took like 20 mins to get my food.
To anyone who would like fast food and thinks its getting too expensive, I would suggest looking into apps from your favorite places.
Often times they offer deals, promotions, and a points system.
McDonalds and Wendys are particularly good. Ive gotten free McGriddles from there with no purchase necessary.
Its crazy when you think about.
You can go to Target and grab some kind of ground protein for like 4-5 dollars (like beef, chicken, pork, tofu), noodles for like 1 dollar a box, and jarred sauce for 1 dollar something cents. The portion of that spaghetti would be large enough to make several meals.
Or you can go to McDonalds and pay 12-14 dollars for a meal that will last you just once.
I noticed most places don't really have deals on the apps. McDonald's buy one get one free deals are probably the best you'll get
Its crazy when you think about. While I agree, it's almost like you're missing the convenience factor. People that have time to cook will generally go the Target route you mentioned. People that have 4 kids and 3 basketball games in a night can't always do that.

Yeah, used to be $5.99 for a 20 pc mcnuggets and now it's $11
Its crazy when you think about.$7 is too expensive for me still. Mind you I don't eat fast food often either especially now with the prices but there are ways to get ready made food for $5 or less still. Places like McDonald's were always too expensive for what they offer unless you went back to the days when grandpa could afford a house.

Its crazy when you think about.now, which of these helps me when i'm out and about?

now, which of these helps me when i'm out and about?Neither. $10+ is way too much if you need a meal on the go and McDonald's is shit anyway.
It has gotten stupid expensive. If it's gonna cost 25 bucks to feed two people I'd rather not. It being cheap used to be the draw, it's not good enough to justify premium prices
I get a 20% discount with the app. I get myself a large 10-piece meal or large Big Mac meal, my wife gets a double quarter pounder meal, and I get two Happy Meals for the kids for like $22 and some change. That's way too much for a meal for 4. And your kids shouldn't be eating that trash. I gotchu fam, how's the same amount of home cooked food sound for $10 and it'll be ready in 5? You just gotta come on over to the back heheh.

Now it is expensive and still tastes bad, why would anyone keep going? Not only that but sometimes you can be waiting in that line for 15 to 20 minutes. The fastest option is calling ahead to a cheap Chinese place or the like.
No way thats accurateMy bad, I have a habit of rounding up high

A McDonald's cheeseburger costs almost $1.50 where I live. Still wouldn't eat it. If I had to go for fast food, I'll take Jollibee (cheaper and tastier).
Jollibee cheaper?!?!
Do you live in the Philippines?
The only reason people ever went to mcdonalds or other crappy fast food was cause it was cheap and fast, not cause it tastes great. Now it is expensive and still tastes bad, why would anyone keep going?Because you're being worked half to death, and once you've clocked out for the day and are starting on your way back home, you realize you're going to be too exhausted to cook once you get there?
Because you're being worked half to death, and once you've clocked out for the day and are starting on your way back home, you realize you're going to be too exhausted to cook once you get there?Just make a sandwich. It'll taste better, cost less and won't take 20 minutes because there's no workers.
