Question about Disney+

So my mom has Disney+ year long subscription with a credit card. It's set to renew 2/19.
She wants to renew using the deal which basically gives you 2 months of free D+. I know some of you here do this, so how do I go about doing this?
Just cancel the subscription? And then renew using that deal? Or do I need to create a whole new account using a different email?

Deals like that are usually for new or previous subscribers. You'd have to cancel first and then sign up with the new deal. If the deal is ending soon though, you'd definitely want to do the new account/email thing.

I don't know the details of the deal, like if it's for new customers only or something. If that's the case, it would have to be a new account. But yes, cancel subscription so it doesn't renew automatically.
