Where would one get the facts of this case? MSNBC seems to be erring on the the side of impropriety relating to lying about the advent of their relationship more than the relatonship itself as a means for removal from the case, if such lying did happen.
It also doesn't help that the man in the relationship completely contradicted the scorned friend.
