Its great when prepared right but easy to fuck up

i wouldnt say its challenging to cook, but it cooks differently than say, beef so if you use the same techniques it will turn out bad

If the quality of the meat is good, I like it, though I rarely eat it. Maybe once or twice a year.
Like: great videogames, peaceful discussions, open-minded people
Dislike: console wars, trolls, haters, review-bombing, negativity

I ordered a chicken over rice with extra white sauce in a halal cart in NYC. The guy gave me lamb instead lol. I went home to eat it and it tasted amazing. It was my first time trying lamb, accidentally, but Im glad I did.

Ate it quite a bit when I was in the Middle East back when I was in the Navy. Had it in many different dishes and enjoyed it. Here in the U.S. I only ever really use ground lamb for burgers.
