Thats unhinged.
Border patrol already has that part of the border under control. They apprehend people who try to cross that area all the time. Adding razor wire makes border patrol's job harder. And gets in the way of their jurisdiction. Texas never had the right to do that.
No it's not something liberals would go to war over. But it seems to be something conservatives are threatening to leave over.
