Well in Power Rangers case (Been binging various episodes and seasons), back when they tried to keep as many cast members or supporting characters as possible, I could have sworn Ms Appleby (teacher) and Mr. Caplan (Principal) both appeared more often.
I mean Ernie (Guy who ran the Juice Bar) though his last appearance was a brief cameo at the end of Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, he had about 102 episodes between Mighty Morphin and Zeo.
Appleby and Caplan respectively appeared in 27 and 28 episodes respectively. One more if you count a Zeo episode where they both appeared in a flashback via archive footage.
Just seemed they were present more often. Heck even though Appleby stopped appearing after the early half of Turbo, she was confirmed to still be teaching at Angel Grove High several episodes down the line.
And yeah, Caplan's final appearance Carlos and the Count was also the last time he gave Bulk & Skull (The actual series stars) "DEE-tention!". Presumably their last detention sentence.
