The fact that they actually used jack Nicholson Joker for gen fucking 7 means Cesar Romero would be like, Playstation n64 era at best. You'd have to go further back to the black and white 40s serials for super mario world.

Ridiculous image all around that really highlights the disparity in age and damn depressing
