all of my opinions are well founded and i do like movies just not these ones. except for anatomy of a fall. that's a solid 3.5 on letterboxd

I enjoy movies. I like most movies I watch to some degree or another. You can say I am not discriminating enough, and that's fine, but I choose to enjoy movies, things, and life in general. Complaining about most things just seems like a wasteful way to live.

godzilla minus one - i couldn't believe how soapy everything between the characters was. super corny. the godzilla action setpieces were excellently staged and pretty thrilling. just hard to get over the immense amounts of mugging and mincing from that doctor and the lead. guy sitting in front of me even burst out into laughter at the final scene. just completely absurd bullshit.

Yeah, theres plenty of films I dont like. But when I watch a movie, I go into it wanting to like it/have a good experience. It feels like you do the opposite and are constantly looking for reasons to dislike them.
