Love it, just missing Seunghan who would've ate this up. Very f(x)/Shinee.
Yeah, I've been liking the direction SM has taken with RIIZE, going back to music that....makes more sense that's not to say that NCT hasn't had some nice tracks over time.

The Lesserafim discourse is funny. I could never get into them properly because their studio vocals were very vacant and here we are with their "surprising" live vocals, or lack thereof.

This made me laugh. I don't understand how HYBE has no vocal trainers and/or straight up do not prioritize vocals whatsoever.
The Lesserafim situation was sort of an elephant in the room, at the very least expecting Chaewon and Yunjin would be having to lead on vocal exhibitions. Somewhat leave some hope out that the others could develop. Booking them for Coachella this year was big gamble that blew this up into something else, but the director behind all this already made a mistake not watching out for how far off the mark they still were. I mean "Easy", is a pretty soft tone track. I would've expected the entire group to be able to hold their own in just the encores. Chaewon was a bit of a surprise because she also seems to have to support her voice differently now. She was sounding good on the "Unforgiven" encores, among her other solo live exhibitions.
Illit, sorry to add to piling on them, panned out to be as hollow as speculated to be. Pretty much bodies thrown into otherwise-ready tracks that could carry them. I wasn't following the reality show, and I've heard some speculation on how that went, but for sure the debut sat weird for me. Kinda messed to perhaps roast those members but HYBE will need to take notice that a good share of the public ain't having that.
Sounds like Boynextdoor holds their own, as well as New Jeans. Not sure who else is under HYBE's labels. Not sure if fromis_9 is actually still continuing.
Competing every night, both ends, shoot inside/outside, fast break, transition, Monta Ellis have it all
