Cops have changed the story again, from swerving to avoid a dog, to swerving to avoid a parked car, to now saying he was swerving because he was changing the radio station. They took no photos or investigate the crash scene, did not administer a breathalyzer test, and they are refusing to release bodycam footage.
New video also shows the officer running a red light as he was speeding seconds before the crash. They are also posting officers outside the bar, potentially to intimidate the place.
