I didn't know they were doing 3 episodes tonight, thought it was just the 1.Yeah they have an odd way of dropping episodes sometimes. Sometimes first seasons get a full season drop on day one. Alot of successful shows do a 3 episode drop and weekly for the remainder like The Boys. Invincible just did weekly drops for season 2 and then a mid season break.
I thought the first season was really good.
I think this 2nd episode is gonna get railed for one scene's effects by people who are anal like me >_>. whoever designed the set put a bunch of fake cinder blocks all over the place, andYeah just saw that bit. It was pretty obviously a set piece.a guy got thrown on a pile of them and they bounced all over the place. those things weigh like 25+ pounds each, hitting a stack of them would hurt more than hitting the ground and they wouldn't move at all. one also broke in half after hitting a guy in the head. the guy's skull would have split in half first.
I watched the first episode of the show and it just felt like male power fantasy: the tv show, does it stay like that the whole way through? I lost count of how many different ways they found excuses to show him shirtless, it detracted from everything else that was going on.Probably not your thing then. It's a character that's a one man wrecking crew and pretty action packed. He also packed on more muscle so he's not big into shirts.

hes really smart too, its not just all muscle and shootingIm cool with muscle and shooting, but it just felt like so much forced sexual tension all crammed into a single episode.
