The Yakuza games run great on the Deck
I've only been playing Xcom2, Batman Arkham asylum, and Dishonored so far on mine.Hmm, I've already played all three of these. In fact, I save-scummed most of XCOM-2, which puts it right in D:OS2 territory as games I'll probably never replay, haha. I did enjoy that and the others, though. Well, maybe not Arkham Asylum as much as Dishonored, but still.
jfcI'm guessing he docks it and used a monitor and kb and mouse
I just got BG3 earlier this week and I have a few hours into it. I hope I can get sucked into it.
I t seems like it would be hard to play on a SD though

I love my Deck and I love BG3.
You made a great purchase, my friend.
I have this. Got it for $50 a month agoI was thinking more of a USB/corded one, but I have no idea if that works. My laptop is only a couple years old, so maybe it'd be better to use it with that than the Deck (?).

What SSD do you guys use for the Deck? I have an external 2TB Seagate with nothing on it (I think), but I have no idea if that'd be good or not. Already saw stories of Redditors trying to format their stuff and it completely banjaxes their system/drive/whatever.The mid-tier original steam deck has plenty of space imo. I got a 128 GB microSD to about double space and I still have too many games installed I really don't need all this space.
Ah, it's so beautiful.

So which "great on deck" games should I get?
What startup movies do you guys use?https://youtu.be/ppfsWg8qCLo?si=AH-oHEWbxM3LWfrA

I have an OLED Switch and OLED TV and OLED Phone and OLED Monitor, can't imagine ever using an LCD screen again they look so ugly nowPlayed an old Path of Exile character earlier and it was POPPIN' out. Might just make a new character and see what's up for awhile.
Anyone ever play this DorfromantikI've always been interested in it but I've never played it
I've always been interested in it but I've never played itTower defense, huh? Not my favorite genre, but I did enjoy some game I got on 360 one time. Forget what it was called.
Played Dome Romantik though
It's a great yet-another-place to run Skyrim.
But can it run Doom?I've never been a big Doom guy, but I saw there's at least one game that apparently runs incredibly well (60 FPS, etc.)
Tower defense, huh? Not my favorite genre, but I did enjoy some game I got on 360 one time. Forget what it was called. It's actually more of a base defense game. Unless you dig up special tech then nothing is automated. I guess calling it dome romantik is a bit outdated since they changed the name to domekeeper. But if you've ever played a decent amount of flash games back in the day, It's a throwback to the game Motherload, where you dig underground in a grid pattern. You'll be unearthing precious gems to which you haul back to the surface and use them to upgrade your flight speed, drill power and carry capacity. In domekeeper its similar but you'll also be upgrading your ship and defenses.

Hmm, maybe I'll keep an eye out on it.It's a good steam deck game, though I guess a lot of indie games are good Steam Deck games.
I got countless recommendations if you need.If you want to, go ahead.
