I dont know how many people watched Reacher season 1 but I binged that all in a day. I really enjoyed it and I was a fan of Alan Ritchson from his Blue Mountain State days as Thad.

I personally like the prison scene in season 1.

I watched season 1. It was decent. I thought it started really strong. I loved the prison scene and the first couple episodes. All in all it was pretty decent.

I will definitely check out season 2. I think season 2 has the potential to be better. He really fits the role well for what you actually expect the character to be.

I tried watching season 1 but i got bored due to Reacher's mary-sue-ness. Does he ever get legitimately challenged or in a bind during the show?

Honestly I remember him being mostly untouchable. I think he might have gotten hurt, its been a minute. I really like it when hes just wrecking shit like the prison scene everyone likes.

Yeah this show just isn't for me. The kind of character Reacher is works much better as a video game than a show IMO (something like DOOM for example)

Fair enough. Sometimes it works most times it doesnt. I found it good but really dont know anything about the character outside the Amazon show. I just know hes supposed to be a freaking beast and they definitely got that part down.

I get where youre coming from, but I disagree. This is basically his character. I agree it doesnt always work when you have some insanely overpowered character. But if you just know that going into the show and want to see him wreck, the bad guys, this is the show for you.

I knew into the show he was going to be pretty much untouchable, and I was there to see him take out the villains. The show did not disappoint.
