A reason for some sort of ridiculous shipping time? I ordered something that I buy a lot that usually takes two or three days tops. It's kinda important that I get it in that time too. It shipped yesterday and for some reason it says it's expected on Saturday?

It's only one state away and usually doesn't take more than a day from where it is, so this is weird.

A lot of times they will just put a more conservative delivery date. It will most likely update when it reaches the next hub and there's a better idea of when it will actually deliver. You'll probably get updated expected delivery later today.

At least in Chicagoland I know that mail times increased because Trump ordered his toady who currently is the postmaster to dismantle several sorting machines. They were never put back together, as far as I am aware.

Guessing that because Chicago is in the middle of the country that this affects more than just local delivery times, bit I could be wrong.

This is a good point, thank you. Hopefully they fix this by the next update on it. I don't know why it would be so off, but a mistake will probably be fixed either way when it reaches it's next destination.
