But feel like I am way behind in life achievements compared to my peers. The good thing going for me is my job where I take home of $1200 a week for 40 hours.

I'll be 34 in a couple of months and feel similar, but I know that trying to compare myself to others will just make me feel worse. You can't let that get to you.

Im 34 and I have a decent job, a car, a house, a wife and a kid. I dont think im more happy, I think im the same, its just a different kind of happy and different kind of stress.

Single = unlimited freedom, money and time for hobbies, but alone and directionless
Now = the joy of marriage and fatherhood, but such precious little me time, every decision is a negotiation and every dollar matters

Its apples and oranges.
