My place is weird af. Other locations are unionized, but mine isn't and the other locations are different unions. This somehow trickles down a lot of the things that these unions fought for go towards the non union folks as well because otherwise everyone would transfer. I don't fully understand it, but I'm getting a lot of benefits without needing to pay union dues.
I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness.
