The person you control is a big muscly dude.
There was a set of levels where it was candy themed, but there were other environments too (I think one of the earlier ones is a jungle?).
Would've been from 2001 at the absolute latest.
I think it had a fairly cartoony art style, but the gameplay was pixel graphics IIRC.
IIRC the goal was to explore the levels and find the end point, which then warps you to the next level in the set to repeat the process. There were enemies you'd shoot down, and either multiple guns or temporary upgrades that'd change how your gun would fire.
