I did wake up a couple time in the middle of the night. I also got like 11 hours of sleep though

I called my doctor and he actually remembered that I need to come in today. Wow

This might actually be a first. Here's hoping he doesn't try to kill me again. (Keeps trying to prescribe me medicines I'm allergic to see if I'm actually allergic)

For me, it's always better to sleep consistently without waking up for at least 8 hours. But I know how you feel though. Stayed up until 3 AM playing video games with my kids this weekend, felt like shit the next morning.
