Prob pork, because it's cheaper. Beef ribs are expensive as fuck, like $6 per rib, while a rack of pork ribs costs like $2-3 per lb, or around $10 per rack.

I went to this place that sells meats to restaurants, and a 2 pack of beef ribs, like 6 total ribs, was like $40. Now obviously it was bigger, but even by lb, I think it was $5-7 per lb, while pork ribs were I believe $2.25 a lb or something.

Pork is one of those things where I love stuff like bratwurst and sausage. I love ham itself but I really don't care for pork chops or pork loin. I have family who run a pig farm and growing up I got tired of pork loins and pulled pork. We had it ALL THE TIME. To this day all these years later I still don't have a desire for pulled pork or pork loin or pork burgers from overkill.

But when it comes to ribs I absolutely prefer pork vs beef.

Beef is so much better, especially that fat layer on the bottom of the ribs!

Makes me feel like a caveman, grabbing that huge dinosaur rib and gnawing into it. Plus I don't see 'em that often at restaurants so when I can get one, I go beef rib. But pork ribs are great.
Cover your knees up if you're gonna be walkin' around everywhere.

Beef Backs are fucking amazing, I buy a slab twice a month from Costco. Peel that membrane off, rub it down with your preferred rub, wrap in tinfoil and bake in the oven at 350 for 3 hours, uncover the top and bathe it in your favorite bbq sauce, then back in the oven uncovered for half an hour.

De-fucking-licious and easy.

Pork. But I prefer pork in general. The only time I have beef these days is when I visit home and they make steak.

Pork basically all the way. Beef ribs disappoint me, they're just big. Hell, even pre cooked pork ribs are great, and they're also inexpensive.
