I'm not from the US, and the only reason why I would not give him a 1, is because I already know that the next one is going to be worse.

Give him an extra point because he was faster done with pissing off the MAGAs than expected, and I end up with 3/10.

Just something about him is extremely forgettable. For whatever reason Pelosi and Boehner and even lame ass Paul Ryan seemed like they kinda belonged up there.

Just sort of a non-presence in US politics
