He has some of the wiring from my apartment powering some of his. He hooked up his air conditioner to the part that I'm powering and I've been paying for him to keep his place cool.
He claims he told us, but no one remembers but him. He gave me $120 back for this month, and said he'll pay some on it in the future... but I'm still kinda pissed.
Pretty sure that violates at least a couple of laws regarding renting out properties. You might want to see about getting a lawyer regardless of whether hes willing to make it right currently as Ive seen how nasty situations like this can get.
