I guess it depends on what you consider "rich" and a "full meal". I know a few people who live comfortably and eat well but I don't consider them RICH. Better off than me sure but that isn't a high bar.
well I literally don't think I've had a full meal for breakfast in my entire life
and usually if I have 'dessert' that means I skipped dinner and now I have the munchies so I'm eating junk food
