It depends if Im allowed to tuck my right foot behind my left ankle and only have the one foot on the ground, as thats the only way I can do them these days.Why would that help? Bad ankle or something?
Like 75 on a good day. More like 60 on a regular day.This is my goal. I did 50 once but it was awful.
