I don't eat cereal and I don't like milk.

But I'd have both before I had cereal with water.
You'll see motivational pictures about working hundred hour weeks/Well, it only applies to those who are operating at a really basic level

the powered milk could clump instead of mix and then you end up with half water and half clumps

thats more an issue with fake milk though. theres probably some people that just put water in cereal

TYL: many countries use powdered milk because the supply chain is so broken that fresh milk is nearly impossible to get. Lots of south american countries like this.

I have water with oatmeal after i boil it. Then add milk and powdered hot chocolate to it.

I could see maybe using the hot chocolate powder mixed with hot water then pouring it in some cereal. Like especially coco puffs. Hell I might even try that shit.
