Trump had no penalty for being found liable for sexual assault. Adding a, "You're guilty of witness intimidation too," isn't going to change anything.

I hate the fucking immunity this guy has. At the very fucking least, he should be forever barred from running again for any office higher than county dog catcher. At which point, they should throw the net over him instead of the dog.

  1. He was found liable, just not for the extremely specific definition of Rape defined in NY's law. He was found liable for every other charge.
  2. Witness intimidation is much more serious and is something that happened recently not 40 years ago where evidence is much more scarce.

In all honesty I don't know how they'd conduct a trial that ISN'T a kangaroo court. It'd be a nightmare to assemble a judge, counsel, jurors, and all the other officials that aren't somehow tainted by Trump or Trumpism.
