For the uninitiated: 2 lesbians in high school start a fight club to hook up with their crushes. Marshawn Lynch plays their history teacher and absolutely steals the show. Also soundtrack is all heaters.

Back in the day, I liked Blockers more than I thought I would.

Later on, I saw Booksmart and loved it. It was like the lesbian subplot of Blockers, but better.

I feel like if I see Bottoms, I might like it just as much as Booksmart, if not moreso.

I enjoyed it, it was pretty funny. I will say I went in with pretty high expectations since it had such great reviews and was a little let down overall, but it was still a good experience. Not a 10/10 movie imo.

In terms of comedies this year, Joy Ride is still my favorite. Bottoms was probably on par with No Hard Feelings, and a bit better than Strays.

My fiance and I watched it on Friday. We both enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised by how just flat-out batshit crazy it gets. And I don't mean from a sexual perspective, but more from being over the top and not worrying about whether it is realistic or not.
