I pay $25 a month for 500/500. Not sure if Spectrum still has that, but it was far cheaper than the 250/250 I was getting from Verizon for $90 a month.

I currently just have 100 MB/s and don't really notice any limitations on speed. Unless I were regularly downloading massive files, I'd stick with that speed and not pay a premium for anything more.
